• Phone/video screening automation: asynchronous recorded responses to structured questions, reducing time-to-screen for high-volume roles.

What to Check Before Buying

• What data is the ranking model actually trained on, and has adverse impact been tested?
• Is the shortlisting outcome auditable — can a recruiter see why a candidate was ranked where they were?
• How does the tool handle candidates who don't fit the standard CV format (career changers, non-traditional backgrounds)?
